Our story begins in 2006 with the renovation and rehab of a small condo project in Columbia Heights DC with the philosophy to always put design and quality first. Over the years Valentis Development has successfully completed multiple projects, many of them award winning, and now produces some of the most sought-after ground-up new construction projects in the District.
